The above painting titled 'Daphne Girl' is a portrait of one of my dearest pets and I still cannot understand how I did it as it was so painful loosing her. I had this photograph of her with closed eyes taken a few days of her demise but the bond I had with her was so great that I could make her eyes open in this portrait as I wanted to feel that she was alive.
