Postage

To purchase an original painting or if interested in getting the painting framed prior to delivery please contact Maria to get more details.

For Pet portrait commissions and for other commissions please contact Maria Abeyesekere.

For buyers outside Sri Lanka, please contact us and we shall provide a shipping quote based on the country. Delivery costs depend on the size, weight and country. We aim to process all orders within 7 working days or payment being cleared. Once a purchase is confirmed the item will be marked as sold.

Most international orders take about 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Payment Method

Bank to Bank Telegraphic transfer. Please contact us for further details. Only accepted currency is US$.

Please note that orders sent outside Sri Lanka may incur customs charges/ import taxes upon delivering into your country. Buyers are responsible for any such customs & import taxes that may apply.

Your full address (A street address is required). The address to which the artwork is to be sent(Please provide an address where there will be someone available to sign for the delivery)

Items will not be dispatched until the full payment has been received and cleared.

All prices are given in US$ and are subjected to change at any given time. We are not VAT registered.

Please note: for commissions, a non refundable 50% deposit is necessary to proceed with the painting.

Return Policy

We are confident that you'll love your new piece of art! Returns are not accepted unless it is damaged on the way to your location (refer Packaging), you must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods . We request items are returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

After we receive goods securely wrapped/packaged including any delivery slip provided by us (where applicable), we will notify you once we inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Packaging: All paintings are shipped in bespoke packaging that will ensure the painting arrives undamaged. Please inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting / signing for it. You MUST make a note of any damage on the delivery paperwork and have the courier record the details. If you DO NOT couriers will say that the shipment was delivered in good condition. PLEASE contact us straight away if this has happened and we will contact the courier.

Maria Abeyesekere is committed to protecting your privacy. Customer information is solely used for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

When you purchase an artwork from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our updates, new products and blog posts.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We will get your expressed consent if we need more information about you on disclosure.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
